Every website is different, the needs and requirements will vary, so you will have the option to choose the level of support that aligns perfectly with what you want and need. We’ve built this service to give you the reins – control, ease and a setup that fits just right for you.

Each of our plans outlines exactly what you can expect from Support, whether that’s maintenance time, training, or a hosting online service, ensuring total clarity on the support level your site receives.

Our subscription service gives you the freedom to customise your support setup, dial up or dial down support levels as and when you need it, and to break down your payments into more manageable monthly chunks. It’s all about giving you total flexibility to shape your digital experience with us.

Our tiers

Our WordPress subscription service comes in three different tiers:

Core

Clients opting for Core enjoy the benefits of our Hosting Only plan, plus access to training sessions and events, along with 2 hours per month for site tweaks and queries. The Core plan also provides access to our ticket portal, enabling direct requests to our team.

Advanced

With Advanced, you get double the maintenance time (4 hours) with increased frequency for plugin and WordPress updates. Additionally, there's quarterly vulnerability scanning for an added layer of site security.

Premium

This is our all-inclusive package with 6 hours per month that rolls over for substantial site changes, it boasts the fastest response time. Premium includes the most frequent updates and vulnerability testing. You also get your own health and marketing performance monitor, offering full visibility into site performance.

Our offering also includes a hosting-only option, and a range of additional add-ons. Whether you’re eyeing a one-off design audit or need support with your digital marketing, we’ve got you covered through your subscription. Let’s make sure you get the support that’s just right for you.

  • For those who need dedicated support time each month for minor adjustments and tweaks, the Core plan is your ideal choice, providing 2 hours of personalised support every month.
  • For those who prioritise extra security and seek peace of mind knowing their website operates effectively without vulnerability to security, our Advanced option complete with quarterly vulnerability reports, bi-monthly WordPress updates, and 4 hours of dedicated support time is the perfect choice. 
  • For those who want the ultimate support experience, the all-inclusive package featuring the fastest response time, 6 hours of dedicated support, monthly vulnerability reports, health and marketing performance monitoring, as well as weekly WordPress and plugin updates, Premium ticks all the boxes for you.
